Grandparents’ & Grandfriends’ Day is a wonderful, memorable experience for all St. Andrew’s students. We look forward to inviting our extended St. Andrew’s families to our school campuses!  Invitations were mailed to Grandparents in mid-March. Online RSVPs for this event have now closed. If you were not able to RSVP in time, please contact Brenda Hansen in the Development Office at 512-299-9714 to make arrangements. Thank you.

• 9:30-10:10 Coffee and Registration in the Dell Academic Center
• 10:15-11:50: Attend Classes with your Grandchild
• 11:50-12:30: Luncheon with Grandparents and Grandchildren
• 12:35-1:40: Chapel

• 7:45-8:30: Registration & Breakfast with your grandchild in Crusader Hall
  
• 8:35-9:35: Chapel with your grandchild in Nazro Hall
• 9:45-11:15: Classroom Time & Activities
• 11:30: Dismissal

Schedule of Events (Middle School)

• 7:45-8:30: Registration & Breakfast with your grandchild in Crusader Hall
• 8:35-10:40: Classroom Time
• 10:40-11:30: Chapel in McGill Chapel
• 11:30: Dismissal

• PARKING
  
  We strongly encourage parents to drop off grandparents at events at either the 31st Street or the Southwest Parkway Campus due to severe parking constraints.

• The 31st Street Campus
  Parking is available along 31st street and in the overflow lot at Wabash Lane and 32nd Street.  NOTE: Parking will NOT be available at the Weed-Corley-Fish funeral home on Lamar due to a service on 3/28.

• The Southwest Parkway Campus
  Please follow the parking signs on campus. We will have golf carts making trips to and from the parking lot to escort grandparents.

• DRESS
  
  Students must wear dress clothes:
  • Boys are asked to wear a coat and tie, dress shirt, slacks, dress shoes, and socks
  • Girls are asked to wear dress shoes and a dress, nice pants suit, or a skirt with a blouse

• VOLUNTEERING & CENTERPIECES

  
  If you are interested in helping with Grandparents’ Day or would like to buy a centerpiece (multi-colored orchids) for $25, please contact LS/MS Co-Chairs Kelley Daniel or Kristen Nelson or US Co-Chair Susan Sealy.

• BEYOND THE CLASSROOM (BTC)

  There will be no after school care available on Grandparents’ Day.
