Erica Weisman '13 teaches SAS pie baking class

During our St. Andrew's "Week of Thanksgiving", Erica Weisman '13, co-founder of Seattle Cucina cooking School, took us step-by-step through the art of making the perfect pie! Erica's cooking school has been providing adult cooking classes, as well as after school enrichment programming for over 35 public and private schools in the Greater Seattle Area since 2017. When the pandemic hit, they were forced to move much of their business online (you can read more here!).
