  • Location

    Please pay special attention to where your class will be located. The Lower & Middle School campus is also known as the 31st Street campus. The address to that location is 1112 W. 31st Street, Austin, Texas 78705. There are also camps and classes at the Upper School campus which is also known as Southwest Parkway, the address to that campus is 5901 Southwest Parkway, Austin, Texas 78735.
  • Early Arrival and Aftercare

    Summer at St. Andrew’s provides early arrival and aftercare supervision for children attending camp at the 31st Street campus only beginning at 8:00 am and concluding at 5:00 pm. This service can be added for $40 a week. Please register early if you know you require an early drop-off or late pickup. There is no early arrival or aftercare at the Southwest Parkway campus.
  • Drop-off & Pick-up

    For the 31st Street campus, exact drop-off and pickup locations are based on individual camps. Specific info will be shared by camp instructors close to the start date of each week. Students attending Theatre camp will drop-off at the Dell Fine Arts Center at the Southwest Parkway campus and individuals attending athletics camps at the Southwest Parkway campus will drop-off and check-in near the athletics fields. More specific details will follow in a subsequent email.
  • Lunch & Supervision

    Summer at St. Andrew’s does not provide lunch for its participants, please be sure to pack a lunch if your child will be attending camp all day. Students will eat a supervised lunch beginning at 12:00 and concluding at 1:00. Summer camp staff will assist to transition campers from morning camp to lunch and from lunch to afternoon camp. If your child is registered for a full day of camp this service is free of charge. For those registered for a half day of camp, this service can be added for $40 a week. St. Andrew’s is a nut-free campus, please avoid sending your child to camp with a lunch or snack that contains any type of nut.
  • Student Conduct

    It is an expectation that all participants of Summer at St. Andrew’s conduct themselves in a kind, considerate and respectful manner to their instructors and peers. Disruptive behavior will first be handled by the teacher and then by the Director of Summer Programs. Repeated disruptive behavior may result in a student being dismissed from camp without refund.
  • Class Sizes

    Many of the classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment for the classes to be successful. In the event that the class does not meet minimum enrollment, you’ll be notified of the cancellation and be fully refunded.
  • Cancellation policy

    Camp cancellation/refund requests must be emailed to summercamp@sasaustin.org. Cancellations made 14 days before a program starts will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Requests received between 7 to 13 days before the camp starts will be 50% refunded. Refunds will not be issued for requests received less than 7 days in advance of the camp start date, except in cases of a special circumstance. Switching students registrations between camps is only allowed 14 days or more prior to the start of camp, any changes made inside that time frame will accrue additional charges.
