DID YOU KNOW?
In the mid-1990’s St. Andrew’s School middle schoolers Drew Brees (NFL Super Bowl Champion), Ben Schenkkan (famed actor), and Matt Belisle (MLB pitcher) were flag football teammates for the Crusaders.
Brees is currently in his 16th season of professional football as a member of the New Orleans Saints organization of the National Football League.
Schenkkan is best known for his work on the Fox network's hit dramatic television series, “O.C.” where he starred as Ryan Atwood.
Belisle is a Major League Baseball pitcher currently throwing the heat for the Washington Nationals club, after stints with a number of teams.
